The following Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between You and Dani Burt, operating as Virtual Shore (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and participation in the Everyday VA course (the “Course”), whether as a registered participant or a visitor.

By purchasing or enrolling in the Everyday VA course, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Course Description

The Everyday VA course is a three-month online program designed to guide you through the process of launching and growing your Virtual Assistant business. It will include modules, resources, live sessions, and support to help you build your business. Access to the course content will be provided to you upon successful registration.

2. Payment and Enrollment

To enroll in the Everyday VA course, you must complete the registration process, including payment. Full payment can be made, with a payment plan available. Payments for the Course are structured as follows:

Initial Payment: Due upon registration.

Subsequent Payments: Due at the start of the course (second payment) and on the 1st of the second month (third payment).

If you choose a payment plan, the initial payment is required to reserve your spot. Subsequent payments must be made on time, as outlined above or access to the course will be revoked.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Course and the immediate access of valuable content, all payments are nonrefundable. Please ensure that you are fully committed before enrolling.

Missed Payments: If you miss any of the scheduled payments without making prior arrangements, your access to the Course will be suspended until payment is made. If payments are not brought up to date, your access will be terminated.

Payment Plan Terms: You are required to fulfill all payments in the agreed timeline. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the Course and any associated materials.

4. Course Access and Content

Once registered, you will gain access to the Course content, which may include digital materials, videos, live sessions, and other resources. All materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without express permission from the Company.

Content Updates: We may update or modify the content of the Course, including adding new resources or sessions, to ensure the material is current and valuable for all participants.

5. Email and Information Collection

When you register for the Everyday VA course, your information will be collected to secure your enrollment and provide access to course materials. By signing up for the Course, including any free webinars or mailing lists, you consent to receiving emails and communications from the Company related to the Course and its materials.

Privacy: We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes email addresses and any data you provide through the registration process.

Mailing List: If you sign up for our mailing list or a free webinar, your email address will be stored and used for communication purposes related to the Course or other relevant offers. You can opt-out of our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails.

6. User Responsibilities

By enrolling in the Everyday VA course, you agree to:

Be Active: Engage with the course material, attend live sessions (if possible), and complete the modules.
Respect Course Community: Be respectful of other participants in any live sessions, forums, or community discussions. Bullying or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Do Not Share Materials: The Course content is for your personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the content in any way is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

The Everyday VA course is provided for informational purposes only. While every effort is made to provide valuable and actionable content, we do not guarantee specific results. Your success in implementing the course materials will depend on your personal commitment and business practices. Nothing discussed in the course should be taken as financial or legal advice. 

No Guarantees: The Company does not guarantee the success of your business after completing the course, nor does it guarantee financial or business results.

Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred through your participation in the Course.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued enrollment and use of the Course after such changes will signify your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

9. Jurisdiction

This agreement between you, the user, and Virtual Shore shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador in any legal proceeding related to this agreement.
